What this site collects

When you chat with the AI Concierge, you may choose to share information such as your name, work email, company, role, and what you're interested in. You're never required to share this — the Concierge can answer general questions without it.

How your information is used

• While you're on the page, your conversation profile (name, email, company, and similar fields you've shared) is kept in your browser's local storage — not in a server-side account or database.
• If you ask the Concierge to request access, or to have an unanswered question followed up on, the details you've shared are emailed to the Aivor team (via Resend, a transactional email provider) so a person can follow up, and a confirmation is emailed to you.
• Your messages to the Concierge are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. They are used to produce that response and are not otherwise stored by Aivor.

Analytics

If enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behavior (e.g. which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked). Analytics only runs if you accept the cookie banner, and it is configured to exclude your message content, email address, name, and other personal details — only anonymous usage events are sent.

Third parties this site uses

• Google (Gemini API) — generates the AI Concierge's responses.
• Resend — delivers the emails described above.
• Google Analytics — aggregate, consent-gated usage analytics, if enabled.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies via the consent banner, decline to share any personal information with the Concierge, and clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove your locally stored conversation profile and theme preference.
